From the whole Sugar Branch Team, we wish you a wonderful Holiday Season! Love, Britt, Lindsay, Emily & Tanyelle.
Thank you CHARD Photo for capturing our (silly!) Christmas spirit
Amanda & Spencer are clients and friends very close to our hearts. With Spencer being in the Marines, his schedule takes him away from Amanda throughout the year. It’s hard enough planning a wedding when your fiancé is with you everyday and involved, and Amanda was tasked with the daunting job of planning everything while he was deployed… It was our privilege and pleasure assisting her in planning their wedding, helping her with those tough decisions while her hubby-to-be was serving our country. And may we just say, she was incredible! Spencer was wonderful and supportive in every way he could be and their wedding day, a sunny and warm November day, was absolutely gorgeous. Cami Jane Photography captured their light and love so perfectly and we are delighted to share their special day here. Thank you Amanda & Spencer for allowing us to be a part of your memorable day and congratulations!!

Nautical chic weddings hold a special place in our little planner hearts! When we hear the words, yacht club, lush greenery, neutral flowers, hints of navy blue and white and boat shoes (oh ok and anchors!), we’re just a little excited. Maybe it’s because we’re from the Newport Beach area or perhaps it’s just because wedding dresses and water go so beautifully together, whatever the reasons, they always make for a spectacular day. Amberly and Luke, self proclaimed sailing enthusiasts and Newport natives knew they wanted to pay homage to their first love and city with a casual nautical style wedding. They chose a ceremony location with breathtaking ocean views in which to exchange their vows and included their yellow lab “Ruggles” as their honorary ring bear. Guests and bridal party were transported to the Newport Harbor Yacht Club by a fun and red retro “beach bus” to kick off the reception, while Amberly & Luke cruised on over in true ‘yachtie’ style in a fantastic power boat. Guests greeted them at the dock and an evening of great food, drinks and energetic dancing ensued. We were delighted to be a part of ensuring their September wedding day went off without a hitch and couldn’t have been more excited for this awesome couple. Thank you to the amazing Crystal and her staff at NHYC and to all our fantastic vendors!

When a girl from Orange County hit the Big Apple, she probably wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a boy from New Zealand, but that’s exactly how Lindsey & Michael’s story begins. And what better location to get married but on the California coast, half way between New Zealand and New York, bringing together their world-wide loved ones. The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel provided the most breathtaking backdrop for their perfect day. Combining “Kiwiana” elements like ferns, colorful florals and New Zealand “lollies” brought in special for the occasion, Michael’s home town essence was a big component of their over all wedding aesthetic and feel. Keeping it simple, their ceremony overlooked the Pacific Ocean and their closest friends and family joined to celebrate this beautiful couple. What a pleasure to get to work with such a loving couple and we so enjoyed their fun family and friends who partied the night away! Thank you to The Ritz Carlton staff, Cami Jane Photography & The Vine’s Leaf for all your talented work!

Talk about an accomplished couple! Anna & Taylor, both successful medical doctors, tied the knot on a beautiful September day at the Richard Nixon Library. They honored Anna’s Vietnamese heritage by serving a nine course traditional Vietnamese family style dinner for 250 guests, along with changing into their customary Vietnamese wedding attire during the reception. We were delighted to be a part of their wedding by providing our coordination services to ensure a smooth and wonderful day for them! We had some awesome vendors on board to bring all of Anna’s ideas together. Josh Elliott was there to capture all the details of the day. We are excited to share a handful of their photos! Loved the beautiful florals by Little Hill Floral Design! Jenni always does a spectacular job! Thank you to everyone for flawlessly executing a fantastic day for Anna & Taylor!
