Here at Sugar Branch, we believe that no two events are alike. However, we also recognize that people like to know what to expect.
If you’re a couple:
This day is too important to NOT invest in a planner or coordinator. There are moving parts that you haven’t even considered yet (don’t worry, we’ll fill you in and we know you’ll make the decision that works best for the two of you).
Timelines, seating charts, budget tracking, vendor bookings. It’s enough to overwhelm even the most organized couple. But we know you’re still excited to dig in. You want to make the right choices. We want that for you too. So we approach the planning process as a team effort. We do what we’re best at (so many logistics, ideas to consolidate) and you do what you’re best at (loving your sweetie and dreaming BIG).

Listen, It isn’t your job to coordinate - even if you can, doesn’t mean you need to. Above all else, we want you to ENJOY the wedding planning process. To embrace the excitement. Soak in the moments. Weddings are a celebration of love. But planning these celebrations is WORK. We’re here to remind you that the choice is yours to make (investing in a planner WILL be worth it) - put all the work in our hands. Either way, we’ll happily assist you with planning & executing the perfect day!

Wedding Packages
We have three package levels to choose from, based on your needs.
A full-service option, a partial planning option and a wedding management option. So if you’re planning 18 months in advance or eight weeks, we have something to suit your needs + budget. But, we also know that not one size fits all (you may have heard us say this before)! So let’s connect first to discuss your plans & ideas- we’ll get you ALL the juicy details then!
OTHER EVENTS
If you’re planning a non-wedding event (here’s looking at you corporate events, soirees, galas and any other special occasions worth celebrating) our concierge service is the ideal match. We outline your success blueprint. This means we’re giving you EVERYTHING you need to ensure you’re event is on budget, you’re working with the best vendors possible, you have a detailed design concept, and you’re contracts are negotiated with ease. And if you need us to execute, we can cover that too! What we love about this concierge option is that we can offer you as little or as much help as you need. Events don’t just happen- they require serious organization and thoughtful planning. Lucky for you, we’re great at both!
